Overview

The probate process, due to its complicated nature and the involvement of the court system, often takes longer than a year to complete. However, a probate sometimes can be completed in slightly more than six months, depending on a variety of factors, including the diligence of the attorney. We work with your level of technology. While assisting you in person is always ideal, we am also prepared to minimize any burden upon your time--as you deem appropriate--through the use of telephone, e-mail, fax and other methods of communication, to handle documents and paperwork.   Because of this, clients from outside the Sacramento area can be easily accommodated and saved needless trips.
